Debra Gangale has been a Reiki Master Teacher/practitioner since 1999 Debra's approach to teaching Reiki is simple and practical, and is based on the belief that Reiki is a very loving, yet powerful healing tool to be used in our daily lives to promote healing in others and ourselves

First Degree
Teaches  the sensitivites and methods of Reiki energy  for yourself and others. This training is of the traditional method from the lineage of Dr. Usui.  Ample time is spent with each participant for personal expression, hands on training and question and answer.  Debra gives each student time to absorb the attunements and practice on self and others.  Follow-up discussions are valueable components to the learning process

Beginning Session

1. Teach history
2. Spend time for their verbal expression
3. Teach hand positions for self-treatment
4. Attunement given

Middle Session

1. Teach hand positions for giving Reiki to a client who is lying on the massage table.
2. Attunements given
3. Sharing of experiences from the first session.

Final Certificate Session

1. Give the final attunement
2. Teach chair Reiki
3. Follow-up with the experiential information related to attunement process and practice with Reiki on self and other.
4. Explain levels and discuss Reiki Second Degree
5. Certificate with the Reiki Master's armada is given to each participant.
